After my order is placed, when will it ship?

  • Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, we ship all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order
  • Orders placed on weekends and/or Holidays will be processed within the next applicable Business Day.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your specific tracking information.

What shipping method will you use to ship my order?

  • All products ship from our supplier’s warehouse in Berryville, Arkansas, USA, using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Ground Advantage Shipping unless otherwise stated. Your shipment should arrive within 5-7 business days

Do you charge Sales Tax?

  • If applicable, Sales Tax will be calculated on your order during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

Can I request my order to be delivered on a specific date?

  • Sorry, requested ship dates are not guaranteed but we will make our best attempt to support special requests.

How will my order ship if it is placed on back-order?

  • Back-orders will ship via the most cost-effective method.
